HRproject is a one-day event, carried out in order to familiarize students with the requirements of the labor market and to train potential employees on issues relevant to its functioning. This is the third edition of the original project organised by the student organization ESN AGH.
Companies with an international reputation were invited to cooperate.

This event is a unique opportunity to deepen your knowledge directly from experienced employees - practitioners and to improve your soft skills, as well as to familiarize yourself with the requirements of some of the most influential companies on the market.

During workshop given by State Street you will get to know for example: how to prepare to job interview, how to present yourself properly and what do recruiters emphasize on. Additionally, at the end of training course, everyone will have a chance to try their new skills with expert’s supervision. This workshop will be given in polish.

APTIV will carry out for us workshops called “Soft skills in hardware world” in English. The main goal of this meeting will be to analyze competencies required to fit different engineering roles within the new technology company.

Valeo is an international company that designs, manufactures and sells components, integrated systems and modules in the automotive industry. It has its plants in twelve countries of Central and Eastern Europe, and their annual sales can be counted in millions.
The constantly developing company is working on intuitive driving technologies, improving machine performance and developing methods of CO2 reduction.
Valeo is going to run a workshop on the topic of "Landing burn failed. How to be a successful engineer." The training is going to be conducted in English!
ESN AGH is a university section of The ESN Poland Association. The aim of the organization is to support and develop international student exchange programs, particularly the Erasmus+ program. “Students helping students” is the motto of the organization. For over 11 years of operation ESN AGH has helped hundreds of Erasmus+ scholars to integrate with AGH students, get to know Kraków, Poland and our culture. Currently, there are nearly 100 members in the section who are involved in 4 committees - Events, Human Resources, Fundraising and Public Relations, as well as during many projects, including Exchange Zone or SocialErasmus.
